You have 10 days to return the item from the email confirming the shipping date.

Please indicate on the form if you would like an Exchange or Refund.

 We are not responsible for shipping cost when you are returning an item back to us.

 Send an email to info@brittanydeshields.com informing us that you will be returning your item. Include your order number and the name used to order in the email.

 Please provide us with the return tracking number of the item shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages made by the postal service.

Once we receive your return, we will email you notification. Your exchanged item will then be processed.

All items must be in original, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with ALL tags attached. If your return item is not in “NEW” condition, it will be returned to you.

Refunds are issued at the purchase price of your order. Refunds are issued through Paypal.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Please allow 1 week for processing the refund, once we receive your item back. We will send you an email confirmation once your return is complete.

If you misplace your RETURN FORM, email us at info@brittanydeshields.com and we will email you another form to use.

Not including the RETURN FORM with your item will delay the processing time.

“Made to Order” and Swimwear items can only be exchanged for size. NO REFUNDS.

If the exchange item is more expensive than the original price, we will send you an email and Paypal invoice to pay the difference before your order is processed.

If the exchange item is less expensive than the original price, we will send you an email and refund the difference through Paypal.
